Insight on Problem Gambling and Kleptomania

Problem gambling starts innocently enough - a recreational pursuit that is fun, sociable and exciting. For them that's all it is... just a form of entertainment among the many that enjoy. But for a growing number gambling becomes much more. It becomes a crippling addiction - like drugs or alcohol - that disrupts, compromises and even destroys personal, family and professional goals. At LPCC we provide counseling services for those stricken with problem gambling and other destructive behaviors such as compulsive stealing or Kleptomania.
